GWOD Start Review and Log

    I train at home with nothing but gymnastic rings and heavy bag. I like gymnastic progressions for strength and flexibility so I have downloaded the GWOD Start app. For those who don't know Gymnastic WOD is a website that does what it says on the tin, and this new (free) app is designed as an on-ramp to the general GWOD (which is not free if bought as an app, but is free on their website).

    I'm going to document my progress through this on-ramp and see how well it blends with my other training. This consists of once a week Muay Thai private lessons at the moment, building to twice a week MT/Kali/Panantukan in four weeks' time, plus practice on my heavy bag a couple of times/week.

    As the title suggests, in intend this to be as much a log as a review of the app.
