Yeh, after a year of knee injury I'm allowed to cycle again in a month and in about 3 months will be running again hhrhr. Thug workout anyone ?

Roughened/damaged knee cartilege caused due to inflamation of the knee. Basically the cartilege is essentially fixed. It is now a matter of the muscles need to be retrained to move the knee into the groove properly. My entire muscle structure in my legs and 'trunk' adapted to the injury to take pressure of my right knee which was the worse one. Now I have to re-teach the legs to work in a biomechanically correct manner.
