Not in that order though. Done the first class (nogi) and was having a good class before something set off my anxiety and I felt like crying. Told my instructor and he was very understanding. Followed me through to the changing room and said "by the way, I was going to tell you and the three end of the class but you're leaving early. Add two stripestripes of your belt." So that was cool. Mixed feelings but the stripes are still there and the anxiety isn't so overall I'd say net positive!
