Good Training Music

    I prefer to go the punk route.

    For bag work, I like something upbeat like Anti-Flag or The Clash etc.

    Weights, I go heavier like Rise Against or Strike Anywhere.

    Running, I like stuff like The Distillers, or some Rancid, etc.

    It just all depends. No rap, because I'd be driven to beat myself up rather than the heavy bag.

    I hate all these new rappers. Rap wasn't all that bad when I was a kid in the 90's. My brother had Run DMC and all kinds of stuff and now they're all no-talents who are incredibly successful. I can't work it out atall.

    During training we have Vibe FM (Dance, Trance and House) playing

    I like to listen to the same station plus Hard core, Hard Trance, Hard Dance and whatever Euphoria compilations i can find :D

    the sweet sound of the loud shouting voice of my trainer going: "is that all you've got? huh? my sister hits harder than you. my grandma moves faster than you!"
