Wheather you are hitting the heavy bag, working on the speed bag, or lifting weights, what are some songs that you train to?

I'll second the rocky music: nothin' like eye of the tiger while running.

if you've ever seen snatch, the soundtrack is really good.

Heart of a champion, by nelly.

    Get back, by ludacris.

    headstrong, by trapt.

    numb/encore, by jay-z/linkin park.

Heavy style rock music with a fast tempo is really good. Music along the lines of Limp Bizkit is good and also good before a fight in the ring.

Public Enemy's "Greatest Misses" is a great CD to train on a heavy bag with, all your combos seem to fit into the beats on the music, and the tracks are different tempo's so you can take a breather, and then go mental

"Mama Said Knock You Out" by L.L. Cool J for bag work. Korn's "Greatest Hits" works well too.
