Okay now we're talking old school. Damn, it's been about 10 years since my all-time favourite game was released, Ocarina of Time. Awesome, just pure awesome. It's great for filling thr RPG/Adventure genre but I'm finding it hard to find other good games. Anyone know any good racing/fighting games? Anything?

Goldeneye - multiplayer with donkeykong mode and paintball:D
    Lylat Wars/Star Fox 64
Turok was ok, but the two above wipe the floor with most games before or since (IMHO)

Oh, how I wish I still had the N64! creaky compared to the modern consoles, but man, the playability was great. Probably explains my 1st year grades at university... :)

Personally I loved the cartridge games. Duarable, fast, and didn't scratch when your cat knocked them onto the floor.

For the N64 (I just bought one at a yard sale =), oh racing?

    Mario Kart 64
    and for a good laugh...
Beetle Adventure Racing (the cars are hollow and shatter like glass)

castelvania for the 64 was great, played and finished the game on my PC (via emulation ;) )

  16. Verx

    Verx "Darkness Approaches"

    :D

Lol. I'm playing these on emulator right now. It's pretty much the same experience but Goldeneye and shooting games are really hard to aim. It's really annoying, I gave up on Turok within 3 minutes. Maybe I just have to get used to it.

Sounds like my type of game. I'll try it out.

Pilot Wings 64 was pretty cool because it had a scaled down version of the whole united states that you could fly over. I guess if you have time to kill....
