I've read that with squats you should try to spread the floor with your feet put avoid shifting all the weight to the outer edge of the foot. Is this also to be done with glute bridges?
I try to pull the floor to my head, gives me a much better contraction. i wouldnt worry about these minor details.
Yeah I do that, but it feels (with my hands) like my hamstrings don't contract as much when I try pushing my feet outwards and knees tracking over my toes.
Go with what feels right. The glute bridge is a pretty hard to mess up assuming you don't just use the lower back entirely. But that would be obvious.
