    Hey all,

I think I'm a ju jitsu A3 size. But is it better to wear a size that I should be in this case a3 or be tighter or loser? Ie; A4 / A2.

    What is your opinion?

As with any clothing, wear the size that actually fits you.

The a2,3,4 sizes are for BJJ gi, not traditional jiujitsu Gi, either way its best to buy the size that fits you.

That explains why I was wondering what the heck he was on about. :D

tbh i've found that the 'a' sizes can still vary between brands. I've had 2 BJJ gis so far, both the same size but one is borderline uncomfortably small and the other is just right...

Just go by the size charts.

In a lot of modern JJJ schools wearing what is technically a BJJ gi is perfectly fine. I do it most of the time.
