Over the past two years or so, I’ve noticed that I go through phases, say one to two months where my appetite just seems to disappear. Then it comes back with a vengeance and I can’t seem to eat enough for a while…then the cycle continues and I go a few weeks without really having much desire for food. It’s not really a health issue yet as I still manage to eat something and train, but ive put it down to the reason i sometimes feel low and hit a slump. I was just wondering if anyone goes through this kind of thing? Is there any kind of explanation for it or any underlying medical reason that you know of?
I go through that sort of cycle once a month, but that might be considered too much information for some people.
