Went back to capoeira. Didn't train. My coordination/balance are too bad. Did some training at home today kb squats, deadlifts, pushups, and the same thing I do in the video... Trying to be able to do a muscle up and eventually pistol squats again. I plan to try and do some yoga next time I bother. Warrior 3, wrestlers bridge, and a few twisting ones for the thoracic spine.
What did you do? Just hang out and watch? You're coordination and balance will only get better if you have some structured training! You know that mate.
I'll be very jealous when you start back properly at capoeira (do it now!). I've just been looking at the timetable again, but the only class that would fit into my schedule is the Friday night one and I couldn't make it every week. Plus the cost is just too much per session for me right now.
I'll do some practice on my own. And probabaly go to something at the airbourne academy when I'm ready...

Go. The worst thing about starting something is the actual effort of starting it! Once you've been once, it's much easier to go again and then you get into a routine.
Same. I've dodged training for the last few weeks. Training elsewhere and whatnot. Went last night and tonight will be super easy to get to. First one is the hardest always.
Yep. It's been a looong time since I've been to the class. So I have some anxiety issues to deal with.
Sorry for any of my posts recently... There is a lot of stress in my life which means I find it difficult to sleep. I have just got 7 hours. I'm on sleeping medication though. I did a lot of walking yesterday, that seemed to of helped me.
Can't be bothered doing yoga tonight. Partly due to tiredness from lack of sleep and partly social anxiety.
If you don't want to attend class, could you do a basic yoga, mobility or stretching routine at home? At least you'd be doing something.
A short walk to the shops. 3 sets of 2 warrior 3's on each leg for 5 breaths on each leg 3 sets of 2 reps of what I did in the youtube video 6 units of alcohol 24 mg nicotine patch
