It's your Birthday for crying out loud man, AND it's a weekend! Forget the tone up, crack a beer and get your feet up...

    Oh, and Happy Birthday! :)

    Nice!

Sounds like a good way to see your birthday in tbh.

    Happy birthday!

On second thoughts flaming, your advisors sound a damn sight better than mine - which is probably why I am carrying around this eternal squidgy belly, that I cannot seem to shift, no matter how hard I try - maybe they'll be okay witha slice of cake instead though?

Went to a different yoga class last night. Hatha style. It was much more relaxed. But I feel exhausted today.

I went to a different yoga. It was an Ashtanga one. I did the primary series.

My sleep has kind of improved...

    Still no alcohol.

You should be okay if you got a solid foundation in basics, learned proper stretching, etc. Getting back to the dance floor after an extended break is difficult at first, but I typically get my legs back in a few weeks. It's going to be harder this year because I've had to skip summer sesion and most activity due to surgery. :( :bang: I would advise continuing to do barre routines with a chair or something and floor barre (vids about this on youtube abound).

    Thanks

I am finding it difficult to motivate myself at the moment. Fortunately I don't have any injuries. But I will try a basic barre routine.

    I hope you recover quickly.
