It's your Birthday for crying out loud man, AND it's a weekend! Forget the tone up, crack a beer and get your feet up... Oh, and Happy Birthday! Travess
On second thoughts flaming, your advisors sound a damn sight better than mine - which is probably why I am carrying around this eternal squidgy belly, that I cannot seem to shift, no matter how hard I try - maybe they'll be okay witha slice of cake instead though? Travess
Went to a different yoga class last night. Hatha style. It was much more relaxed. But I feel exhausted today.
I went to a different yoga. It was an Ashtanga one. I did the primary series. My sleep has kind of improved... Still no alcohol.
4 muscle ups 8 pistol squats on each leg with 16kg some headstands 30kg db press one rep on each side
Beginners Ashtanga yoga. I will have to find a different dancing class, the one I used go to is closed until September.
You should be okay if you got a solid foundation in basics, learned proper stretching, etc. Getting back to the dance floor after an extended break is difficult at first, but I typically get my legs back in a few weeks. It's going to be harder this year because I've had to skip summer sesion and most activity due to surgery. :bang: I would advise continuing to do barre routines with a chair or something and floor barre (vids about this on youtube abound).
Thanks I am finding it difficult to motivate myself at the moment. Fortunately I don't have any injuries. But I will try a basic barre routine. I hope you recover quickly.
Beginners Ashtanga yoga. I will try to go to Capoeira on Friday. [ame="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-c01kJfVfdU"]MOV 0003 - YouTube[/ame]
I wimped out of Capoeira. I went to an advanced Ashtanga yoga class. I've just done: 8 pistols on each leg with 16kg 8 one arm deadlifts with 56 lb and some handstand pushups... [ame="https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=INjBcZ75SV0"]MOV 0019 - YouTube[/ame]
