Fencing on ice skates

This is such an incredibly bad idea on so many levels, but you have to admit, it looks fun.

I don't say this of many things, but it might be better with sabres.

 

I'm not always full of good ideas, but it'd be fun to at least try! Makes me wonder how different other weapon would be like kendo or polearms.

Now all I can imagine is a judo variant where if the ice cracks significantly from someone hitting the ice you get TWO points!

 

I was going to say Kendo.

Can you imagine them. They'd be zooming all over the place.

 

I dont see how one can effectively do bota lunga

 

I'm seeing a kind of snowboard based version of jousting.

Two ramps facing in opposite directions, a pair of idiots, some long poles.......
