Some interesting and very hard variations on plyometrics. The only issue I'd have is that most people would look at this vid and have absolutely no idea of where to work this into their training program at. As well... so many would just wreck a rotator cuff or two if they didn't go through some very significant strength training before trying some of these. But then...there you haven't no one has an excuse for not getting their strength training in!
any video that starts out with parallettes is worth having on MAP!!! 2011 is going to be a very hard year I forsee!!!!
I recommend doing 1 plyometric exercise along with the rest of your workout. If im lifting weights i make sure to do a plyometric exercise as well... If im doing all bodyweight i make sure to do one that incorporates plyometrics. No need for all of those in one workout, but its a compilation of different ones to use or rotate between. Best way to start off is doing explosive pushups with hands coming off the ground.. Then the next step is working the whole core and pressing the hands and the feet off the ground. Its progressive but very fast to build explosive strength gains, and will work new muscle fibers that are missed from other exercises on that same muscle.
