heh yeh i got it straight away, dunno what he was doing for 14 years It means, avoid potentially dangerous situations, people or areas.
I just had to post this one. I took my aikido class to cross train with kendoka. They were put into armour and turned loose on each other. Afterwards my good friend Gerry 6th dan kendo said "I cannot fault your spirit, but the techniques looked like lobsters mating!!" Another added "Or helicopters crashing."
