I am thinking of taking up Enshin Karate. I am okay with the full contact aspect of it (in fact I like the idea) to the body but does anyone know if you are allowed to wear head / face protection. I have had look at the Sabaki rules and whilst they prohibit gloves, instep and shin protection they say nothing about head protection. Advice please.
