Really common variation on a hernia in sportsmen is ''Gilmore's groin'' if you feel like looking up disorders...

BTW groin pain is one of the most common complaints when there is any disorder of the hip joint (as the head of the femur sits deep in the middle of your groin ;' )

Recently I've been paying more attention to my feet and my right foot feels very weak compared to my left one. Trying to push my heels down before I try to squat my shin muscles come on but they aren't as strong on my left, also my calfs aren't as strong on the right.

Should I add some calf raises and shin raises?

I read that through and I pretty much answer my own question, any thoughts appreciated though.
