For hosting, I've had no problems with http://www.5quidhost.co.uk/ - as the name suggests, their main plan is £5/month with 1GB of disk space, unlimited email accounts and sub domains and unlimited bandwidth, though they also have a free plan (35MB disk space, unlimited emails, only 1 MySQL database and 100MB bandwidth per month).
