Developing hand speed/accuracy without a speed bag?

lol there is a very simple way. go outside find a low hanging tree. try to punch your finger through a leaf. Tropical leaves for beginners and as you get better find smaller and thicker leaves.

 

Do pad work & then spar lots and often. It's all good and well having hand speed if you cant put it to use in a spar/scrap. Just try it...
