Daily ( i just like the number 30 lol ) jog 30 mins push up - 30 x 5 sit up - 30 x 5 squat - 30 x 5 leg lift - 20 x 5 practice kicking for 30 mins shadow boxing with resistance tube or whatever you call it for 15 mins ( even tho i mainly study Tae Kwon Do ) Sat jog - 2 hours + the 30 mins daily jogging swim- 1 hour and 30 mins mon to fri Heavy Bag and speed bag 30 mins + depends on the time ( and again ... i mainly study Tae Kwon Do i only did boxing for a year )
