There's a great article this week in the Radiotimes. The article is called "Smarten up!" If you can get hold of a copy, have a read. It's all about ways in which to actually make yourself more intelligent &/or how to keep disorders like Alzheimer's etc, less likely. It names mental exercises you can do everyday & also physical activities to join to help your brain out. Martial arts is one of the top named activities. But there's more to this as there is a lot in the article that i recognise from Kwang Jo Choi's book. If you can read the article.
