Haters; they hated
If only she didn't insist on doing that stupid overhead kick-thing all the time. It's so distracting.
dear moderder can you close my thread
thanks very much
perching on one leg for that long: is it Cardio or Bodyweight Training?
Neither. It's pure awesomeness.
Seriously. Screw you and your snobbish preferences.
It's a shame you weren't taught how to mind your own damned business.
Where do you get off telling someone how they should live their life?
Maybe if you took the time you spend judging other people's choices and applied it to your own training, you might find a way to make a living out of your hobby.
All joking aside what were you hoping to get from a thread where you basically spit venom for no good reason against a talented individual making money from something she is good at and enjoys?
Aside from anything else I doubt the OP could fight sleep judging from some other posts
But what about her practical board breaking skills and practical light sparring?
I'm not going to close the thread, but would ask that personal attacks are avoided.
sir they verbal abusin me for curiousty
I'm keeping an eye on things.
We're all judging each other here and it's all to easy to get carried away.
It only takes a slightly poorly worded question, or statement.
Back on track please.
No you are being challenged on an attitude that is - quite honestly - baffling
Chloe is talented, hard working and a good looking girl...why wouldn't it make sense?
The reason you use is "practicality" - yet i bet I would pick apart your methodology and techniques for the same reason. You may THINK you are training for combat, but I doubt you have any conception of what that actually entails
Again If Chloe Bruce's style is not interesting to you that is something else - and incidentally something we have in common - but you can't just dismiss it because it doesn;t fight yoru paradigm, especially when It isn't MEANT to be anything other than performance art.
Frankly i wish i was half as flexible as she is
yes it was poorly worked question but i mean no harm just curiosity where i come from it uncommon for some one to make money from freestyle.i just don,t get it.
being practical it what martial art is all about .but all i seem to do is attacked by these people for no reason with callous harsh remarks
In case you missed it I will ask you again
How much full contact pressure testing do you engage in?
Just boys being boys. Let's move on please.
well i got black eye and swollen jaw some time bloody nose
i consider all martial artist talented in they own way.
That doesn't answer the question
Well, think about the people who earn money through martial arts. If you did a breakdown of numbers on 1) who earns money through martial arts and 2) how much money are they earning, I'd bet the results would be ordered something like this:
3rd place: Teaching
2nd place: Fighting
1st place: Entertainment
Seriously, most of the martial artists that the general population could identify are martial arts-based entertainers. And a fair few of the current crop come from this tricking background.
Musical forms aren't practical. So you must believe that something having to do with martial arts falls outside of the practicality paradigm.
Oh really now?
Separate names with a comma.
