I'm planning a 2 week holiday to Shanghai at the end of the month, any suggestions, tips including training/schools? (JKD/Muay Thai/Boxing/Kickboxing) Thanks!
I went to Shanghai last November on a big Choy Li Fut kung fu outing, so I visited various Bak Sing and Hung Sing schools and some of us were lucky enough to visit Chin Woo. However, unless you already know someone in the know then you could be fresh out of luck. The schools we visited were hard to find and basically didn't advertise. Unless you already knew what it was the chances are you'd never know it was a kung fu school. I gotta admit I didn't see any non-kung fu schools, but then we did only visit a small portion of Shanghai.
