Hi, Over the last year I've been trying to get back into exercise after putting on some weight and having long weekends. I took up QiGong from DVDs and practice a few times a week. I'm currently trying to make it a 5 days a week habit. My question is, should I practice CardioVascular exercise as well as QiGong to get the best benefit? I'm not entirely unfit but doing running etc feels quite strenuous to me at the moment.
DVD's are not a good place to start. I suggest going to a gym and getting advice from a nutritionist as well as a coach Always seek the advice from a medical physician before starting any activity
