I'm 46 and looking to up my cardio regimen to build stamina. Any ideas? Suggestions? Exercises? Thanks.
There are so many things you can do it's actually funny you even bothered asking. Just go and do stuff. You don't need a pro or anyone to tell you this stuff. I find martial arts is a good start.

Thanks Simon. I thought the working between landmarks is a good idea. I run all over town and have seen most of it, but now I can focus on getting more out of it.
