While upping my sparring (ready for a fight) I took a kick to my shoulder / chest area thought nothing of it, 3 days later I had nothing but immense pain and really bad bruising and thought Id got hit harder than I thought ice and heat therapy was planned for the next week.

After 10 days of complaining the wife finally had enough and took me to the hospital this morning and have discovered I got a broken collar bone :(

At the moment my arm is in a sling and I been told to keep mobility to a minimum and should be fine within a few weeks! So looks like I *may* now not be fighting and even worse if the bone does not heal correctly it will be operation time!

    Good luck with the recovery.

Now - make sure you take another look at your diet to ensure that you don't slip back too much on all you've achieved.

Sorry to hear it bro. Don't train on it. Trust me on this. It will only be more of a hassle to heal up properly. Get well

I got a few hairlines does not help I tried to ice it up and hit a heavy bag for a few hours a day! Which done more harm than good!!

I'm feeling better with it today at least I can move it a little more at the moment without flinching so much
