Its funny you say that but honestly if it wernt for map and working out I would go crazy. I workout at home and map from my lap top right next to my wife, were pretty much never apart actually. Thanks for the support. Im going to need it.
Find humorous stories and either read them to her or send them via email. Does she like standup? Live near a Comedy Club? Keep her laughing. More important than you'd think... http://www.huffingtonpost.com/2014/04/22/laughter-and-memory_n_5192086.html http://www.mayoclinic.org/healthy-living/stress-management/in-depth/stress-relief/art-20044456 http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/science-environment-14889165

When I first read that, the image of someone lying on their stomach while two Fu Manchu-mustachioed sifu's beat them up and down their body as if they were tenderising a steak, lol. Sounds bruising, nevertheless.
The bruises are pretty minor actually Bell, nothing anymore serious than what we all got in the playgrounds of our youth. Btw your new pic is freakin cool.
Thank you kindly. Ya know, that's the kindest word regarding belltoller's avatars I've yet to hear. So they do in fact give you a hidin' with wooden rattans? I think I'd rather a right-cross right on the neb than feel a stick on my bones. Must be age

Well Ive heard it called a lawn mower before too Bell. A bend and reach is where you start in the standing position legs a shoulder width apart then you bend down an touch the floor but instead of comeing straight back up you come up a few inches and reach further back you do that three times then you stand all the way up and repeat
Ok update on my wifes condition, We went wendsday for the biopsy, the test results will be back in less than a week and we meet with the surgeon on next tuesday. We are still very hopeful and she is doing well.
Jan 15 2015. Karate tonight. Hour and a half and did the whole class in headgear and wearing boxing gloves. Was spot promoted to assistant instructor. We are beginning to prepair for an inner club tournament.
I know you're on pins and needles with this - hoping for the best, trying to plan for the worst. Stay positive ( and don't forget to make her laugh ) Wow ... congrads. Have you ever participated in a tourney before? What style of Karate is it that you do, BTW?
Hey Bell. Thank you for your support. Thanks to everyone who is showing support during this difficult time in my life, I really mean it, you guys are stand up guys. Well Bell Ive done some tournament stuff here and there but this is a little different. I do a hybrid style of Karate that looks like a combination of Kick Boxing and Judo to be honest. Ive been at it for almost two years now.
