body conditioning the old fashioned way!!

    stand in kiba dachi/mabu and with a bokken from dai jodan cut downward 400 times every morning a complete work out

    I have seen a lot of personal trainers recommend axe cutting and sledge hammer onto a large tyre. That sounds like a similar routine.

    As this is in the weight lifting section, does this include any form of resistance during this routine?

    I think we may have a different definition of "complete".....
