I stopped working out for over a month, maybe two months now. I was making good progress while I was exercising. I was doing low rep, high wieght sets and all was well and good. Now I'm going to start back up again and was wondering what kind of program I should start with. Should I try and pick up where I left off or build myself up again?
build yourself back up again it's not safe to try and start from a point where you once were good luck
yeh just ease back into it warrior. After two months out of it your body will have declined so just take it steady and you should get a feel for the level you are now at.
