He knows his stuff. Aside from the comedic delivery, Bas's "Self Defence" video does actually contain some solid stuff. It's mostly done for giggles, but I wouldn't wanna be in a barfight with the guy Bas is also an MMA legend, with plenty of bouncer experience, so his ability to throw down isn't in question
yeah, i jus watched a few of his other vids... No way id want to fight him... Funnily enough, some of the street stuff, is quite similar to what we learn in myy krav classes
Bas has done a bit of work with some KM guys. I believe the gym he co-owns with Randy Couture actually teaches it
