    I actually should say clarify what you mean by "qi" for reasons you outline above! Not everyone is so pragmatic in their definition

    Going for a nice walk and feeding ducks would get the same result if breaking a sweat doesn't appeal to you

    It is reaching at best to hide behind such examples

    It a discussion board - if you don't want to discuss then why bother posting in the first place?

    'Qi' in the sense of 'breath' is quite easy to understand. It's the other meanings that are more difficult and which take up so much bandwidth!

    (Now there's a thought... next time someone asks what 'qi' is I'm going to say "Bandwidth....it's human bandwidth". :D )
