After a 2 year layoff I'm back in training in Krav Maga. Had my first class back on Wed, then again on Thu. Next class will be today (Mon). Felt a little sore on Thu morning but made myself go in. Was crazy sore on Fri/Sat, but enjoyed all the pain and by Sun I was fine. Feeling good for class today. Just wondering if any other Krav Maga students are here? I know there weren't many a while back, just wondering if it's changed. Lemme know. Jester.
