Well, after taking a year off I decided that I'm not too old and I really missed training so I'm back on the mats again. Just back from training and it was great. Let's see if I still feel that way tomorrow,
Not feeling too bad this morning mostly just a little stiff, no surprise there. However, the tops of my feet are sore. I have multiple mat burns on the tops of my feet from rolling. I didn't even notice until I got home and took a shower when all of a sudden I was well aware that the tops of my feet were raw and sore. I never thought of doing some top of foot conditioning exercises before starting up again.
