    User CP near the top left of your screen, Edit Avatar, Upload Custom Avatar.

    Can I guess what it will be? :D

    Hmm I only have the option to use a standard one from the site or none at all.

    OK, it may be that you need a few posts before it will let you upload an avatar of your own. Keep checking back and it should appear soon enough :)
