I was looking through my old stuff and found this notebook and i looked inside of it and i found my sprinting times and other measurements and so i got curious about wether they were good or not, so:
i was aorund 5 foot 6 inches? something like that and i was 123.5 lbs
    100 yard-15 seconds
    40 yard-6 seconds
    10 yard dash-1.62 seconds
    1 mile time-6 minutes 14 seconds
    vertical jump- 20-24 inches
    broad jump-8 feet 3 inches
    box jump-around 5 feet or 5 feet 1 inch(not standing, running in)
bench press- 1 rep max-105 lbs
    squat 1 rep max-190 lbs
    clap push ups-20 reps
    pull ups-14 reps
    push ups-51 reps
i just want to see if i was a good lil athlete back then

They're bigger than someone smaller and weaker than you, they're smaller than someone bigger and stronger than you.

Those numbers are only significant if you are incapable of matching them now. No one wants to be less fit today than they were when they were 12.
