Hi Does anyboby know anything about the Shotokai College?? there head quarters is near me and just wondered are they legit??? I've tryed Shotokan for a month or so and enjoyed it but the deep stances was causeing my "weak" knee a bit of grief.I understand that the shotokai stances are higher and would be easier on my knee??? This sound right? thanks all
