Anybody from JKA Philippines here?

Hi,

I'm Dirk, I'm a 1st kyu holder, a had been training under JKA Cagayan de Oro City for more than five years now.

Sure would like to know if anybody here is from JKA Philippines.

i used to train with central bank karate club in manila under jka philippines for about 1-semester during my college days in the late 80's. i believe our instructor at that time is sensei kunio sasaki.

 

Oh yes, Shihan Sasaki...

He's in PTKF-JKA(Phil. Traditional Karate Fed.) I think their associated with Kanazawa's Shotokan Karate International(SKI).

You see, there are two factions of JKA here in the Philippines. I'm under Shihan Masonori Takahashi of JKA Cebu.
