I cant recall coming across any practitioners of this style on MAP. Can you tell us a bit more about it? What sort of system is it? What sort of training you guys do? Cheers!
It's a version of Mian quan that's taught in Oz, It's master yang zhen hua's family style with other internal arts melted in for good effect. :hat
Sounds interesting! Just had a look at the site: http://www.yangmian.com/ Do you do any of the "Steel Body" stuff?
Yeah I do the steal body, it's awesome! It's just filling the body up with pressure like a ball to take hit's, absorb the hit or put fa jing back onto the hit. It's not limited by technique and can be moved in any direction, or applied with any other martial art.
Sounds good! Have you tried it out in sparing and such? How does it compare to not having this conditioning (if you can recall)?
It's a great 1percenter to have, it's definatley superior to external conditioning. It's a nonperishable skill, but saying that it's still good to toughen up the skin as you still feel the impact and everything feels like a camel bite.
