...to my routine? I've got about 5 or 6 static stretches that I use, however I'm looking for a load more that will really focus on the hamstrings and hip area for box splits. There is a few in Stretching Scientifically, but I'm wondering if anyone knows any good books or websites that list more of them and also detail which muscle groups they stretch?
