I've heard that somewhere before So you want a more sports based MA. Gee, maybe you could start up your own club, get people to doorknock for you for very little money, over inflate your rank, lie to your students, treat your instructors like rubbish and make heaps of money.... Or..... ....You can stick with a more traditional club, earn your rank, learn the patience that is required to be a great martial artist, learn all the 'secrets' that will reveal themselves as your knowledge, skills and understanding increases over time when you are ready.
