Another Shoulder Injury

I flattened the arch of one of my feet at uni at a gigi I'd been to, hobbled to the doctors using a home made crutch, explained all the pains etc to him, he didn't even look at my foot, just told me there was nothing wrong with it... I argued that I couldn't walk (and at this point hadn't been able to walk unaided for almost a week) so something HAD to be wrong with it. He got angry and told me to leave his office...

Luckily later that day I'd gone to visit my cousin in hospital who was recovering from a recent Op and he studed sports injuries etc at work, he asked all the right questions, had a look at my foot and was quite sure i'd flatted the arch of my foot. Told me to do some specific physio bits on it, keep it rested (the usual stuff etc) and that it should be back to normal in a week or two
