Hi all Our association (UFA) is bringing Ajarn Surachai Sirisute over again this year. This will be Ajarn Chai's 2nd visit to the UK. Date: August 23rd & 24th Venue: Rough & Ready Gym, Northampton Cost: Not sure yet - probably about £60 for the 2 days. If you're interested in training with this Muay Thai legend gimme a call. Well - he came - we kicked, and we kciked, and we kicked until we nearly puked. Then we knee'd and elbowed and we kicked some more. Awesome stuff - attention to detail - effective use of body mechanics - I feel like I've been hit by a truck today (The truck had a big AJARN CHAI sign on the front LOL!)
