Hello I recently changed my username and it occurred to me that I didn’t do a proper intro. I have dabbled in various martial arts on and off over the years. About four months ago I decided to buckle down on my training and sign up at a local fight gym. I now train Muay Thai 2-3 x a week and do private training with a personal trainer. I’m planning on doing a fight by the end of the wear but I have to lose weight first so I’m also running, cycling, and doing body weight exercises. I also lift weights to round out my strength. It’s been a life long dream of mine to get my black belt so I’ll be adding in BJJ to my training next month.
