Your hands are not forming a proper fist for punching and you can't have proper breathing technique when you strike that many times in quick succession. What you have shown could injure yourself. If someone taught you this, you should stop training with them and if you're trying to learn on your own, find a good school instead.

For what? Did the bag (or what it was) that fell from your door, when you knocked it, beat you up? Or did your neighbour flip you a bird for making such noise in the middle of night, so you can show how you slap a door? And since no one was close, the only person crying could be you.
