I'm on track to compete 4 times in 5 weeks. Done that interclub a few weeks ago, then I did a quintet last week, this week I did a combat jujuitsu thing with 4 ounce mma gloves and 1x10 minute round. Next week I'm doing a bjj comp called the The Cleveland Open down south past Newcastle. Hopefully one or two MAP'ers show up. After that it's a trip down to the MAP meet and then a week later I'm going to Thailand for 3 weeks! My ticket was paid for by a promoter because I won a fight on one of his shows a few years ago and that was one of the prizes. I feel like these competitions are getting easier to do. Less of a massive adreneline rush by being continually put under pressure. I found that the combat bjj thing was very helpful to get me back into a cage.
