    Really enjoyed that. Very clever as an intro to exercise.

    Obviously doesn't necessarily help us considering we're hopefully more active than that on average over the week...

    I think a lot of people are more active - at least on these boards. It did have some interesting bits in there... showing the inactivity linked to TV viewing or as is the case now days... YouTube or net viewing leads to health problems when not countered with an active lifestyle (yes I hate that phrase). I reckon if they showed lectures like this in many highschool and college people would do far better on many topics. Obviously it may not work for all subjects... but for a great many it sure would.
