!!!!!1000th POST, YEY!!!!!

    Well, after 1000 posts of pure drivel in the health and fitness section I have decided to celebrate. I have not had one celebration up until now, even on my 500, but I think after 1000 I need a large drink! :p

    Have a glass on me all gate crashers! :D
