Good to know. Our group may be putting together a workshop for sometime midyear. If it happens, I'll post what pics/video I can get out of it.

Rand! Good to hear from you! I've been well, just a bit busy. Over the winter break I've moved to a new place in the city, my wife took vacation time and so we spent that together and now I'm preparing for yet another semester of grad school. Things are good and I'm looking forward to our group's first roda of 2012 on the 29th.

the training he does for the sport, so specific. its something that strength conditioning trainers dream of
