Just rummaging through the MAP archives and found one of your posts.

I came to pay my respects as I thought of you when I read "You Are All Going To Die" Thread. The passing of someone so dearly loved and respected by so many leaves a emptiness in one's heart. Your words have inspired, and your down to earth wisdom has left a deep impression. Thank you.

Koyo - just was realizing we'd not had a good dose of your down to earth, matter of fact posts as of late. All things considered it's understandable that you haven't been on MAP much... but just wanted to put it out there that you are missed here and we all look forward to your return. Hope all goes great for you in 2011 my brother! :)

      Hi Koyo, how's it going?

I've read quite a few of your posts now and your school sounds like a great place to train, although I'm a bit far away here in Essex, so I was just wondering, is your club part of an organisation with other branches I could check out?

That's unfortunate. I would enjoy being able to train with you. Perhaps someday when the wife and I visit Scotland for me to try my hand at the Inver Stone.

      Hi Kuma

sadly no. I have stated too many times at national meatings that politics and the lack of atemi and hard training in many associations is weakening aikido.

So the result has been that "I have a fighting mind."

So now I simly teach a number of students who have been with me for aroung fifteen years. Even when they attend seminars few will train with them

      regards koyo
