I've been using Bill Wallace's system (called the Superfoot System) since I was ten years old. It consists of his personal methods on training, stretching, kicking, punching and sparring - everything that worked for him in point-fighting and full-contact. My primary sources of information were his books, videos/DVDs and training with instructors who trained under him, as well as (in recent times) personally attending his seminars.
