my school practices fixed sparring or one step sparring, and i think its all cool becuz it something different for students, it might be too...
we have six black belts ranging from 1st to 3rd degree and our master is a 6th dan.
ok well im back from atlanta today and the results go like this. out of the five students we sent to compete 2 of them got 3rd place. good job...
